At Practices
- Respect your coaches
- There is no talking while coaches are speaking
- Recommended attire for practice is short-sleeved T-shirt, athletic shorts, athletic socks and wrestling sneakers
- No tank tops or snap pants are to be worn during practice
- Only wrestling sneakers can be worn on the mats. ABSOLUTELY NO STREET SHOES ON THE MATS AT ANY TIME
- Headgear (and mouthgard if needed) must be worn during practice
- Help with clean-up and mats after practice is expected
IMPORTANT! Have fun, be safe and always ask your coaches ---anything!!!

At Matches and Tournaments
- AGAIN - Good sportsman-like conduct is always expected
- Show respect for your opponent, referee and all coaches
- Absolutely no throwing head gear after a match
- Absolutely no foul language
- Always handle yourself with class
- You must arrive on time for matches and tournaments or for the bus transportation to these events
- PAY ATTENTION! It is your responsibility to listen for your name and to inform a coach. (coaches are sometimes coaching another match and may not be aware that you have been called)
- You must be accompanied by a coach in order to wrestle your match
- Head gear ( and mouth guard if needed ) must be worn durng matches
- Parents are not allowed on the mats at any time
- Finally, show the same respect for the other schools as we expect others to show our school- No running or horseplay in the halls
- No damaging or touching other people’s property
